What you will do

• Monitor social media trends and identify timely, relevant content opportunities aligned with brand and audience.
• Create, capture, and edit video content tailored for TikTok, Instagram (Reels and Stories), LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Deliver engaging content on schedule while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality across multiple projects.
• Adapt storytelling formats to match audience behavior and platform dynamics for each channel.
• Collaborate with Marketing, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to support campaigns and initiatives.
• Track content performance and share insights and recommendations to improve future engagement.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience as a Content Creator / Social Media Content Creator (or similar role).
• Strong portfolio showing visual storytelling, video production, content creation, and copywriting.
• Hands-on experience creating content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, and X.
• Knowledge of video production fundamentals (lighting, framing, audio, and on-location shooting).
• Proficiency with content creation/editing tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, and CapCut (or similar).
• Ability to use social media KPIs and performance data to optimize content.

Nice to have

• Experience appearing on camera and creating presenter-led content.
• Experience directing or coaching on-camera talent.
• Experience working in a fast-growing, international, or tech-driven environment.
• Familiarity with project management/collaboration tools such as Asana and Google Workspace.
• Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney) to support content creation and productivity.

Hiring process

• Screening interview (45 minutes) with Talent Acquisition.
• Interview with the Marketing team (up to 60 minutes).
• Test assignment (2–3 days), then offer if successful.
