What you will do
- Lead the design process for key member and public-facing features of the Judi Care product.
- Deliver visually appealing interfaces, high-fidelity wireframes, and prototypes aligned with business goals.
- Conduct and oversee user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
- Facilitate design thinking workshops and brainstorming sessions to drive innovative solutions.
- Maintain design systems, style guides, and pattern libraries to ensure consistency across the product.
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements and implement design solutions.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a UX/UI or Product Design role.
- Mastery of Figma (exclusive tool for this role).
- Proven experience delivering responsive designs for complex interfaces using CSS media queries and Flexbox.
- Strong portfolio showcasing real-world, consumer-facing projects adhering to UX/UI principles and accessibility standards.
- Working knowledge of HTML and CSS.
- Must be based in or able to work from Charlotte, NC; Denver, CO; or New York, NY.
Nice to have
- Experience working in healthcare or healthcare-adjacent industries.
- Functional understanding of Github, React.js, and client-side APIs.
