TL;DR

IT Asset Management Coordinator (IT Infrastructure): Managing the full lifecycle of hardware devices, including check-ins, diagnostics, and logistics, with an accent on asset data accuracy and device deployment. Focus on troubleshooting hardware issues, coordinating with vendors, and ensuring SLA compliance.

Location: On-site in Cambridge, MA. Must have unrestricted right to work in the United States (Citizens or Green Card holders)

Salary: $23 - $26.44 per hour

What you will do

  • Manage full device lifecycle including check-ins, ticketing, and warranty verification for laptops, tablets, and phones.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues to determine required repairs.
  • Coordinate logistics, shipments, and parts transfers between offices, including preparing manifests.
  • Install and configure operating systems, security software, and peripheral apps per client requirements.
  • Handle onboarding/offboarding hardware setups and manage storage inventory, including e-waste preparation.
  • Collaborate with Customer Service, Sales, and Technicians to ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are met.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a Customer Service role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite.
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to regularly lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs.
  • Unrestricted right to work in the US (Citizen or Green Card holder)

Nice to have

  • Experience with Netsuite or similar SaaS tools.
  • Familiarity with device repairs and shipping/receiving workflows.
