What you will do

• Project manage new customer launches by scoping timelines, tracking milestones, and coordinating deliverables.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers throughout the onboarding process.
• Build and launch SMS, MMS, Push, Wallet, and RCS campaigns ensuring accuracy and brand compliance.
• Configure and QA A/B tests, audience segmentation, and campaign scheduling.
• Ensure all program configurations comply with mobile messaging regulations and best practices.
• Document campaign processes and launch learnings for internal knowledge sharing.

Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience in project coordination, campaign execution, digital marketing, CRM, or customer onboarding.
• Experience building SMS, MMS, or email campaigns.
• Proven track record of effective project management and critical thinking.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be based in Chicago, IL to fulfill the hybrid work requirement.
