Business Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Flexible work from office or remote. Must be willing to work across European and Mexican time zones. Relocation support to Serbia is available.

What you will do

• Develop and launch new customer journeys within existing banking products.
• Improve different stages of the credit and debit card application funnel.
• Gather, analyze, and refine business requirements for engineering teams.
• Design business processes and write clear technical requirements.
• Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, and Analysts to deliver initiatives.
• Analyze customer journeys to identify bottlenecks and propose improvements.

Requirements

• English: B2 level or higher required.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate business processes into clear requirements.
• Willingness to work across European and Mexican time zones.
• Structured thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.

Nice to have

• Commercial experience in Origination, Customer Support, or Delivery domains.
• Experience or educational background related to technology-driven companies.
• Degree from a strong university.
