What you will do

• Support senior management with recurrent business analysis and financial projections.
• Analyze product and business unit performance to provide proactive optimization recommendations.
• Create high-level presentations and marketing literature for sales and management.
• Manage and maintain analytical data used to monitor and control business operations.
• Collaborate with the Sales team to identify new business opportunities through cost, performance, and profitability analysis.
• Coordinate effectively with Finance, Marketing, Customer Service, and Legal departments.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in the casino industry or business intelligence positions.
• Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico.
• Proficiency with Excel and other data mining tools.
• Fluent professional communication skills in both English and Spanish.
• Strong negotiation skills and customer service experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, economy, or actuarial science (preferred).
