What you will do

• Lead and coordinate daily activities of assigned personnel to meet productivity and quality goals.
• Perform hands-on operational duties, including running mobile or processing equipment.
• Train and mentor team members on job functions, safety protocols, and operational procedures.
• Monitor team performance, attendance, and behavior, reporting issues to management.
• Collaborate with supervisors to evaluate workflow and suggest process improvements.
• Ensure a safe work environment by enforcing PPE usage and LOTO safety procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in metals or industrial plant operations.
• Ability to work in industrial conditions, including heat, dust, noise, and vibration.
• Ability to lift/move materials and stand for extended periods.
• Availability to work shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Fairless Hills, PA.

Nice to have

• Technical training or associate degree.
• Prior experience in a lead or informal leadership role.
• Fluency in Spanish.
