Salary: $95,000–$120,000

What you will do

• Optimize and audit Standardized Work and visual factory controls to eliminate operational inefficiencies.
• Facilitate the tiered Daily Management System and shift huddle boards to ensure rapid issue resolution.
• Lead cross-functional tactical projects using Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Value Stream Mapping methodologies.
• Collaborate with Finance to track productivity and validate cost-savings for COGS reduction.
• Mentor production superintendents and shift leads to foster a proactive, problem-solving culture.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in continuous improvement, production planning, or manufacturing engineering.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Industrial, Mechanical, Chemical) or Supply Chain Management.
• Active Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification with a proven history of project delivery.
• Experience operating within complex manufacturing environments such as automotive, chemical, or aerospace.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools like Power BI, Minitab, Tableau, or SQL.
• Ability to work in a 24/7 manufacturing environment and adhere to strict safety protocols.
