Salary: Base $50,000; On-Target Earnings (OTE): $100,000+

What you will do

• Sell Genius® POS and payment solutions to small and mid-sized merchants across retail, restaurant, and service industries.
• Generate new leads through networking, referrals, and community partnerships.
• Conduct engaging product presentations and live demos of payment processing and inventory management tools.
• Manage the full sales cycle from initial outreach to finalizing contracts.
• Maintain accurate pipeline activity and client records in Atlas and Salesforce CRM.
• Upsell and cross-sell additional hirify.global services to existing clients.

Requirements

• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without current or future visa sponsorship.
• Must reside within the Washington DC area.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel locally up to 75% of the time.
• 2+ years of experience in B2B, SaaS, or POS sales.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and networking skills.
