What you will do

• Investigate and model business functions, processes, information flows, and data structures.
• Gather, analyze, and validate business requirements to produce high-quality specifications.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to present findings and proposed actions.
• Define user acceptance tests (UAT) for new or improved business processes and IT systems.
• Perform gap, impact, and risk analysis to ensure comprehensive solution design.
• Support internal development teams and external suppliers during the implementation of changes.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of demonstrable experience as a Business Analyst in a professional setting.
• Possession of, or substantial progress towards, a recognized Business Analysis professional qualification.
• Experience working within an Agile environment.
• Proficiency in Lean / Six Sigma methodologies and their practical application.
• Must be based in or able to commute to the Manchester office for at least 60% of the time.
• In-depth knowledge of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and compliance protocols.
