Operational Excellence Analyst (Fintech): Supporting the growth of a newly created Operational Excellence function by mapping processes and identifying improvement opportunities with an accent on service quality and operational efficiency. Focus on delivering continuous improvement initiatives, coaching teams, and using data to drive decision-making across the Institutional Retirement business.

What you will do

• Support the delivery of operational excellence and continuous improvement initiatives across Institutional Retirement.
• Map and analyze business processes to identify opportunities for simplification and improvement.
• Collaborate with operational teams, SMEs, and Change Champions to embed continuous improvement behaviors.
• Support the delivery of training, coaching, and capability-building activities.
• Manage smaller initiatives and improvement events against agreed objectives, risks, and dependencies.
• Use data to support decision-making, track benefits, and improve service quality.

Requirements

• Experience applying continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
• Practical experience in process mapping, value stream mapping, or business process improvement.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence others.
• Experience working with operational teams to deliver measurable improvements.
• Analytical skills with the ability to use data to evidence improvements.
• Experience supporting projects or structured change initiatives.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of pensions or financial services.
• Experience with Product, Agile, or project management methodologies.
