What you will do

• Coordinate domestic and international shipping and logistics for fine art and rarities.
• Procure and evaluate quotes from vendors to ensure cost-effectiveness and efficiency.
• Prepare and submit customs documentation and CITES license applications to regulatory bodies.
• Monitor shipment progress, troubleshoot issues, and keep stakeholders apprised of delivery status.
• Collaborate with pre-sale and post-sale teams to provide a seamless client experience.
• Manage interoffice transfers and consolidate shipments to optimize costs and resources.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 2-3 years of experience in shipping or logistics roles.
• Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of packing methods, transportation, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to remain calm and effective in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.
• Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as required.

Nice to have

• Prior experience with fine art shipping.
• Proficiency in SAP.
• Knowledge of French.
