What you will do

• Plan and execute daily shipment bookings and collections based on booking reports.
• Select cost-effective airlines by utilizing knowledge of carriers, routes, and geography.
• Prepare and label shipments in strict accordance with company SOPs.
• Monitor shipments to confirm departures and proactively resolve exceptions or delays.
• Manage export clearance processes and maintain final shipping documentation.
• Coordinate the return of empty packaging and liaise with global offices.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or a regulated supply chain environment.
• Knowledge of international shipping routes and airline operation fundamentals.
• Fluency in German and English (both written and spoken).
• Right to work in Switzerland (no visa sponsorship provided).
• Proficiency in MS Office and experience with logistics or warehouse management systems.
• Strong attention to detail and a methodical approach to accuracy.

Nice to have

• Experience working within GDP or GMP regulated environments.
• Knowledge of customs documentation and export clearance processes.
• Swiss logistics apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
• Additional language skills.
