What you will do

• Process customer orders by receiving, reviewing, and confirming them.
• Manage exports within and outside the EU, preparing packing lists, bills of lading, invoices, and handling customs clearance.
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, Controlling, and Logistics/Shipping teams.
• Prepare transportation tenders and arrange shipments.
• Manage order processing and invoicing activities using SAP.
• Maintain professional written and verbal communication with customers in English.

Requirements

• Secondary or university education in Economics, Business, or a Technical field.
• English: B2 level required.
• Czech: C1 level required.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Must be based in Brno, Czechia.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of SAP.
