What you will do

• Execute PR to PO processes for direct and indirect procurement in SAP.
• Resolve invoice discrepancies and ensure timely payment processing.
• Monitor open orders and manage Goods Receipt booking reminders.
• Maintain and update material master data to ensure compliance.
• Handle supplier registration, qualification, and RFQ management.
• Evaluate supplier proposals and assist in negotiation processes.

Requirements

• Proficiency in English (B2/C1) and German (B2/C1) is required.
• At least 2 years of experience in operational procurement or SCM.
• Strong communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented attitude.
• Ability to work in a hybrid model with 8 office days per month.
• Compliance with local hirify.global employment requirements and processes.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with SAP or SAP Ariba.
• Advanced Excel skills.
