What you will do

• Lead Maintenance Engineers and Technicians to maximize equipment uptime and reliability.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance strategies.
• Improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) and minimize MTTR.
• Manage spare parts inventory and the maintenance budget.
• Lead root cause analysis for major equipment failures and ensure PM compliance.
• Ensure strict compliance with Safety, ESD, ISO, and Quality requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience with semiconductor equipment.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of Die Attach equipment, automation, and robotics.
• Proficiency in Lean Six Sigma and TPM.
