TL;DR

Location: Hybrid (3 days/week in office in Luxembourg)

What you will do

  • Serve as the strategic point of contact for fund managers to ensure a high-quality experience.
  • Lead the post-sales lifecycle from onboarding through growth and upsell across multiple departments.
  • Translate customer needs into clear insights to drive product and operational improvements.
  • Own and optimize key customer metrics, including NPS, retention, and NRR.
  • Collaborate with the Head of Customer Success to refine and scale the global CS strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of professional experience, with 1–3 years in enterprise Account Management or Customer Success.
  • Hands-on experience in a private equity or venture capital environment (fund operations, investor services, or fund administration).
  • Ability to manage complex, high-value customer relationships and engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English.
