What you will do

• Identify and analyze operational risks related to data management, including lineage, sourcing, and governance standards.
• Develop and report metrics to measure adherence to data quality controls and authoritative data sourcing.
• Conduct scenario analysis with stakeholders to quantify business exposure to potential tail risk.
• Propose and monitor qualitative and quantitative operational risk appetite and tolerance levels.
• Contribute to divisional risk profile assessments by highlighting issues and trends to senior management.
• Drive initiatives to advance the firm's operational risk management framework and practices.

Requirements

• Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Computer Science, Accounting, or Law with 1 year of experience, OR a Bachelor's degree with 3 years of experience.
• Must have 2-4 years of specific experience in Regulatory Compliance, Corporate Governance, and Risk Management.
• Proven expertise in Operational Process Analysis and Finance/Financial Products.
• Strong skills in project management and stakeholder communication.
