What you will do

• Lead end-to-end management of risk events, including incident meetings and remediation tracking.
• Perform pre- and post-trade compliance monitoring and manage restricted dealing lists.
• Facilitate risk reporting, RCSA processes, and monitor critical front office controls.
• Act as a primary point of contact to coordinate and triage U.S. finance and tax requests with Group service providers.
• Provide risk and control input for change initiatives and project assessments.
• Ensure U.S. operations remain compliant with operational risk standards and handbooks.

Requirements

• Must be based in Chicago, USA
• Proven experience in front office controls, operational risk, or investment operations.
• Strong understanding of risk frameworks and control standards.
• Ability to operate effectively within a hybrid U.S. operating model.
• Strong working understanding of U.S. finance and tax concepts.
