What you will do

• Own a defined portfolio within hirify.global’s data and technology partner ecosystem.
• Manage partner plans, implementation, timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder accountability.
• Track and report partner investment, commercial value, progress, and outcomes.
• Lead data strategy and client teams in identifying and recommending suitable data and technology partnerships.
• Manage procurement and partner administration processes end to end.
• Represent partnership priorities across agency and client teams while supporting team development and operational improvements.

Requirements

• Experience in strategic partnerships, commercial, business development, or client-facing roles within media, advertising, or technology.
• Strong understanding of the media and digital advertising landscape.
• Experience supporting joint plans, partnership activity, or cross-functional commercial programmes.
• Strong relationship management, communication, presentation, organisational, and prioritisation skills.
• Commercial awareness and understanding of how partnerships create value for clients and the business.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across internal and external stakeholders without direct authority, and to lead or manage a team.
