What you will do

• Process and analyze customer orders, including pricing and delivery requirements.
• Plan and schedule production activities while monitoring progress to ensure timely delivery.
• Verify material availability and coordinate supplier orders.
• Maintain accurate planning and stock levels within ERP/SAP systems.
• Manage customer communication regarding lead times and order follow-up.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in production planning, customer service, or supply chain in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in Excel and ERP/MRP systems, preferably SAP.
• Fluent English and Italian language skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
