What you will do

• Drive supply chain readiness across all NPI phases from prototype through production launch.
• Establish and evolve best practices for BOM management, supplier readiness, and material tracking.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Program Management, and Operations to ensure aligned priorities.
• Manage key supplier relationships for NPI builds and proactively mitigate material risks.
• Develop escalation paths and accountability frameworks for technical data and sourcing decisions.
• Identify process gaps and lead initiatives to optimize NPI workflows and reduce friction.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in supply chain, operations, or manufacturing with direct hardware NPI support.
• Deep understanding of product development cycles and hardware build processes.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage systems and detailed BOM analysis.
• Proven ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders without authority.
• Experience with ERP tools such as NetSuite, SAP, or Oracle.
• Comfort operating in high-growth, fast-paced environments.
