What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for agents and brokers to gather information and resolve low-complexity issues.
• Manage workflow and maintain a follow-up system for outstanding underwriting items.
• Ensure data accuracy in all systems and verify that necessary documentation is present in files.
• Communicate with internal team members and external partners to research and complete transactions.
• Process policy changes and attach appropriate forms under the direction of an underwriter.
• Contribute to process improvement activities and special projects to increase team efficiency.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent oral and written communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow established processes.
• Intermediate proficiency in MS Word and Excel.
• Must have US Work Authorization; sponsorship is not provided.
