What you will do

• Facilitate agile ceremonies, workshops, and retrospectives across teams and value streams to improve flow and predictability.
• Support the implementation and adoption of PMO-led strategic initiatives and organizational transformation programs.
• Partner with leaders and stakeholders to align priorities and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Design and deliver training and mentoring programs for Scrum Masters and delivery teams to build organizational capability.
• Drive the adoption of AI-enabled tools and agentic ways of working to accelerate productivity and insight generation.
• Analyze delivery data and flow metrics to identify root causes of impediments and drive measurable improvements.

Requirements

• Must be based in Spain (Home Office).
• 5+ years of experience as an Agile Coach, Scrum Master, or Delivery Coach in complex, cross-functional organizations.
• English: C1 (Fluent written and spoken).
• Proven ability to leverage AI-enabled tools to improve delivery effectiveness and decision-making.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong systems-thinking capability and experience with stakeholder management across all organizational levels.

Nice to have

• Advanced Agile certifications such as PSM II/III, ICP-ACC, or ICP-ENT.
• Experience working within a PMO, transformation office, or delivery enablement environment.
• Proven track record of scaling ways of working across multiple teams or business units.
• Background in analytical, technical, or product development roles.
• Experience mentoring other Agile Coaches or delivery leaders.
