What you will do

• Develop and scale AI frameworks that enhance knowledge discovery and content synthesis using agentic workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to capture requirements and translate complex problem statements into actionable user stories.
• Own end-to-end project planning, including scope definition, timelines, milestones, and risk mitigation.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, retrospectives) to ensure predictable delivery.
• Partner with technical leads to align on solution design, feasibility, and implementation trade-offs.
• Analyze user feedback and execute A/B testing to refine AI solutions and agent behavior.

Requirements

• 5 to 8 years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, or product management in an agile environment.
• Hands-on experience with requirements gathering, drafting user stories, and backlog refinement.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, data analytics, and APIs.
• Proven experience managing complex, cross-functional projects and coordinating global teams across time zones.
• Proficiency in Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.

Nice to have

• Experience in Knowledge Management, generative AI, web application development, UX/UI, or API design.
• Formal project management certification such as PMP, Scrum Master, or SAFe.
