What you will do

• Lead Talend consulting projects from discovery through deployment to ensure delivery excellence and client satisfaction.
• Develop and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines using Talend Data Integration, Data Quality, and Big Data.
• Integrate Talend with hirify.global Replicate, hirify.global Compose, and diverse data sources including Snowflake, Azure, and Kafka.
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers, defining enterprise data roadmaps and leading executive workshops.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide technical leadership within the Professional Services team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data integration and ETL development.
• 3+ years of experience using Talend (or similar tools like Informatica or Fivetran).
• Strong proficiency in SQL and data modelling.
• Experience with cloud platforms and big data technologies.
• Valid security clearance (or eligibility to obtain one).
• Fluent in French and English.
