What you will do

• Act as an ERP domain expert across accounting, construction, wholesale distribution, retail, manufacturing, and professional services.
• Lead consultative discovery processes to gather customer requirements and identify operational challenges.
• Design and present tailored end-to-end technical solutions including software, system resources, and project plans.
• Deliver compelling product demonstrations that align software capabilities with specific business goals.
• Collaborate with and train partners to improve win ratios and ensure accurate communication to implementation teams.
• Contribute to thought leadership by creating webinars, white papers, and blog articles.

Requirements

• Significant experience (7+ years) demonstrating business management software solutions.
• Deep understanding of mid-sized business operations related to sales, ordering, shipping, invoicing, and reporting.
• Proven ability to architect solutions involving multiple software products and resource constraints.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business.
• Must be located in or able to work from Reston, VA, USA.
• Ability to travel 10% - 20% of the time.

Nice to have

• MBA or CPA certification.
• Experience implementing ERP & CRM solutions.
• Experience working in a channel sales environment.
• Technical background.
