What you will do

• Collaborate with agile teams to design and optimize the GTM technology stack and CRM solutions.
• Create technical blueprints, including ERDs, system context diagrams, and data flow designs.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship to developers to resolve ambiguity and ensure high-quality delivery.
• Define and maintain a long-term technology roadmap aligned with revenue goals.
• Ensure strict compliance with data regulations such as GDPR and CCPA.
• Advise leadership on process improvements and RevOps data initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of experience delivering solutions using Salesforce Sales, Service, Experience, and Data Cloud.
• Deep expertise in CRM platforms, marketing automation (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud), and data warehousing (Snowflake).
• Hands-on experience with event-driven architecture, API integrations, and real-time data pipelines.
• Proven experience in Agile environments using tools like Jira and Git.
• Strong ability to translate complex technical architecture into business value for stakeholders.
