What you will do

• Analyze customer service workflows to identify inefficiencies and re-engineer processes.

• Oversee the integration of AI-driven chatbots and automation frameworks into service environments.
• Drive cross-functional projects to improve CSAT, issue resolution, and response times.
• Act as a liaison between technical teams and business leadership to communicate architectural vision.

Requirements

• Over 10 years of professional experience in technical architecture and systems integration.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, NLP, and predictive analytics in a service context.
• Experience with contact center technologies, CRM systems, and omnichannel platforms.
• Proficiency in data analytics tools and interpreting service performance metrics.
• Undergraduate degree in computer science, engineering, or a business discipline.
• Excellent communication skills to translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
