UI/UX Designer (AI Prototyping & Product Experience)

Salary: €4,000–€5,000 gross per month, with compensation negotiable based on skills and experience

What you will do

• Transform complex AI outputs, automation pipelines, and data streams into intuitive, polished digital interfaces.
• Collaborate with project managers and product owners to evolve AI-generated concepts into complete digital experiences.
• Build interactive prototypes in code environments such as VS Code, GitHub Codespaces, and AI code editors.
• Maintain visual systems and design foundations in Figma and translate them into functioning UI experiments.
• Track emerging AI models, design tools, and development platforms and introduce effective workflows.
• Design and iterate on web, mobile-responsive, and native app products, particularly dynamic content feeds.

Requirements

• Strong UI/UX design skills, including Figma, component management, asset management, layout ideation, and usability testing.
• Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or framework fundamentals sufficient to guide AI tools in building interactive front ends.
• Ability to rapidly prototype and iterate using AI-assisted development tools.
• Strong aesthetic and analytical judgment for refining generative outputs into high-quality user experiences.
• Comfort collaborating with data analysts and working with data structures, components, and backend logic.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Vilnius, Lithuania.
