Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 USD

What you will do

• Develop and deploy AI-powered solutions, copilots, and automations to enhance employee productivity and business efficiency.
• Partner with stakeholders to identify and implement high-value AI opportunities and intelligent workflows.
• Integrate AI capabilities into existing systems and applications via APIs, connectors, and cloud technologies.
• Build and maintain scalable AI applications while ensuring alignment with governance and data privacy standards.
• Evaluate emerging AI technologies to recommend new capabilities that create business value.

Requirements

• Must be based in Denver, CO (Hybrid - 3 days/week in office).
• 2–4 years of experience in software development, automation, or AI-enabled technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Proficiency in Python, Power Platform, Power Automate, or Copilot Studio.
• Background in backend IT operations, including Azure administration and identity management.
• Experience integrating applications and services through APIs and cloud-based technologies.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or Data Science.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry or Microsoft Copilot Studio.
• Familiarity with AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Experience with containerization, low-code/no-code platforms, or modern cloud architectures.
