What you will do

• Design and develop the SPB Agent platform using Gen AI/ML technologies to deliver secure, low-latency advertiser guidance.
• Architect generative AI systems that reason over campaign performance and make autonomous decisions for sellers.
• Optimize operational costs at scale through efficient resource utilization and token consumption management.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI-driven solutions across the advertising ecosystem.
• Build scalable systems processing millions of data points to enable hyper-personalized advertising experiences.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship experience in design or architecture (design patterns, reliability, and scaling).
• Proficiency in at least one software programming language.
• Must be based in or authorized to work in New York, USA.

Nice to have

• Proven experience shipping Gen AI-powered features from pilot to production.
• Deep understanding of AI trust and safety considerations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including code reviews and operations.
