What you will do

• Design and implement AI models for predictive maintenance, route planning, and safety monitoring.
• Build scalable AI systems to process real-time data from IoT devices and rail infrastructure.
• Develop and maintain ETL pipelines for AI applications using modern data engineering tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into production environments.
• Monitor model performance and accuracy, ensuring reliability and continuous improvement.
• Research emerging AI technologies to drive innovation in rail transportation.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the US (sponsorship available for H-1B, TN, and STEM OPT).
• Minimum 6 years of experience in AI/ML development, data science, or software engineering.
• Strong proficiency in Python, R, or Java and machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Deep knowledge of MLOps, SQL/NoSQL databases, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure).
• Expertise in GenAI models, vector databases, and agentic architectures.
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical stakeholder collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with industrial IoT applications or anomaly detection.
• Knowledge of railroad operations, transportation systems, or logistics.
• Proven track record of deploying AI systems in production at scale.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, AI, or related field.
