What you will do

• Build and optimize systems, automations, and data infrastructure for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
• Develop AI agents, intelligent workflows, and AI-driven automations.
• Architect and manage complex Salesforce integrations and administration.
• Integrate multiple GTM platforms and data sources to streamline revenue operations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to enhance business systems and RevOps efficiency.

Requirements

• English: Fluent/Upper-intermediate (C1) required for real-time conversation.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience (administration, architecture, and integration).
• 3+ years of experience in Marketing Operations and B2B SaaS.
• 2+ years of hands-on AI Development experience.
• Proven track record of building GTM systems and AI agents.
• Location: 100% Remote (Global).

Nice to have

• Experience with Snowflake, SQL, Python, and dbt.
• Knowledge of LLMs and AI orchestration platforms or agent frameworks.
• Experience in the E-commerce domain.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
