Compensation: $115,600–$170,000 USD (based on geographic tier).

What you will do

• Co-own the revenue team's AI initiative roadmap and measure success against pipeline and retention outcomes.
• Design and deploy AI-powered workflows and automation agents to reduce manual work for Sales and Partner Success teams.
• Configure and manage MCP infrastructure and AI agent tooling across the GTM organization.
• Integrate and maintain the GTM tech stack, including Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, and Outreach.
• Enforce data governance standards to ensure AI models are built on clean, trustworthy data.
• Build a shared library of AI skills, prompts, and agent context for the broader revenue team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or GTM Systems in a high-growth SaaS or FinTech environment.
• Hands-on experience deploying and maintaining production AI-powered workflows or agents.
• Deep knowledge of the revenue tech stack (Salesforce, Clay, Snowflake, Outreach).
• Proficiency with Claude Code/Codex for workflow automation and agentic task orchestration.
• Experience configuring MCP infrastructure and integrating AI agent frameworks.
• Strong command of APIs, system integrations, and data governance principles.
