What you will do

• Own the end-to-end PLG strategy and execution for the enterprise segment.
• Architect and scale the agent layer for GTM activities, including outreach and deal routing.
• Manage data infrastructure, including product usage signals, enrichment pipelines, and CRM synchronization.
• Prototype and ship GTM experiments across various channels and workflows.
• Design and build agents directly within the hirify.global product.

Requirements

• Must be based in San Francisco, Boston, or NYC.
• Must have existing US work authorization; sponsorship is not available.
• Proven track record leading GTM or growth engineering functions at a high-growth SaaS company.
• Hands-on experience architecting end-to-end agent orchestration systems.
• Deep experience with data pipelines feeding GTM systems and CRM sync.
• Proficiency in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript and deep familiarity with the LLM stack.
• Demonstrated experience building real applications using hirify.global.
