What you will do

• Design and maintain the GTM stack architecture, connecting CRM, data warehouses, and marketing tools.
• Build and deploy AI agents for prospecting, intent-to-action, and lead routing with appropriate safety guardrails.
• Develop data pipelines to feed growth, track funnel conversion, and identify pipeline leaks.
• Create connective tissue between marketing, sales, and CS to automate handoffs.
• Monitor and improve existing systems using SQL and automation platforms.

Requirements

• Proven experience building and shipping real-world systems and automations.
• Fluency with automation platforms like n8n, Make, or Zapier and API integration.
• Ability to read code and ship small PRs to achieve working solutions.
• Strong data skills with experience interrogating data warehouses.
• Deep knowledge of modern GTM stacks and CRMs like HubSpot or Attio.
• Experience working within a GTM function (Sales, Marketing, RevOps, or CS).
