What you will do
- Respond to inquiries via telephone, email, and chat with professionalism.
- Determine program eligibility and relay accurate information to members.
- Coordinate and facilitate appointments while navigating program-specific prerequisites.
- Provide technical support to participants for online sessions and equipment.
- Collect and process payments and member cost shares.
- Maintain confidential records and meet department performance metrics.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- 1 year of experience in a call center or customer service role, preferably in healthcare.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint).
- Must have a stable home internet connection (minimum 50 down/10 up Mbps).
- Ability to learn and use multiple internal and external systems.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
