What you will do

• Assist members via phone and messaging to ensure external and internal referrals are routed correctly.
• Coordinate medical records, imaging, and procedural results for external providers.
• Manage electronic medical records and assist with records requests.
• Support providers in completing patient forms such as Medical Opinion and disability forms.
• Collaborate with care teams, patient support, and compliance departments.
• Handle a fast-paced environment with competing priorities and meticulous documentation.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States (Zones A–C).
• Work experience in a physician's office or medical institution.
• Exposure to managed care and primary care rules and practices.
• Proficiency with Google Suite or related software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
