What you will do

• Own and scale the full go-to-market (GTM) organization across customer groups and support functions.
• Oversee GTM operations to ensure scalable and structured technical onboarding of partners.
• Build commercial operating infrastructure including CRM, pipeline tracking, forecasting, and KPIs.
• Represent Morpho in tier-one commercial conversations, reducing CEO involvement in closing.
• Partner with CEO and leadership on revenue strategy, metrics, and product feedback loops.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in New York, USA with hybrid work format.
• Proven experience building and scaling commercial organizations in complex B2B or financial infrastructure contexts.
• Ability to adapt sales processes to complex products and close long enterprise sales cycles.
• Strong product fluency and curiosity about DeFi protocols and economics.
• Experience building commercial infrastructure from scratch (pipeline, forecasting, KPIs).
• Strong leadership skills managing technically and financially sophisticated teams.
