Manager, Compliance and Contracts (MedTech)

Salary: $125,000–$160,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage Durable Medical Equipment licenses and CMS enrollment.
• Develop, implement, and maintain compliance programs, calendars, procedures, and internal standards.
• Coordinate responses to auditors and regulators and provide compliance training and guidance.
• Oversee contract creation, execution, analysis, renewals, expirations, and contractual obligations.
• Support contract negotiations, advise on terms and conditions, and identify and mitigate contractual risks.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing, research and development, clinical, business systems, and other departments.

Requirements

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree; a paralegal certificate is preferred.
• 5+ years of corporate paralegal experience.
• Experience with contracts, corporate governance, and compliance.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently with limited guidance.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States or eligible for a sponsorship path hirify.global can support.

Nice to have

• Paralegal or contract management certification.
• Healthcare or MedTech experience.
• Knowledge of Durable Medical Equipment or MedTech laws and regulations.
• Experience managing complex contracts and achieving financial or operational improvements.
