What you will do

• Develop social media strategies for tentpole brand moments, product launches, and seasonal pushes.
• Lead trend research across TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X to identify and surface cultural opportunities.
• Pressure-test and refine creative concepts to ensure strategic alignment and audience relevance before production.
• Maintain competitive intelligence via monthly audits of brand categories to identify growth whitespace.
• Analyze social performance data from Emplifi and platform dashboards to inform creative direction and content mix.
• Draft detailed integration briefs for the hirify.global channel and build strategic campaign presentations.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in social media, content, or brand strategy for consumer-facing brands.
• Proven ability to translate trend research and competitive analysis into actionable creative direction.
• Strong analytical skills with experience using platforms like Emplifi or Sprout.
• Deep fluency in internet culture, meme formats, creator ecosystems, and short-form video trends.
• Experience managing strategies across multiple brands or product categories.
• Must be based in or able to relocate to Greenville, NC.

Nice to have

• Experience in a strategic advisory role embedded within a creative team.
• Strong understanding of the hirify.global content ecosystem and creator-native video formats.
• Experience with TikTok Shop content strategy or social commerce.
• Track record of identifying trends early and shaping brand responses.
