What you will do

• Represent clinical services in high-stakes client, consultant, and audit-related discussions.
• Own the strategy and operating model for clinical client audit readiness, planning, and remediation.
• Design and mature longitudinal QA models to monitor member journeys and identify systemic risks.
• Implement AI and advanced analytics to scale quality surveillance, trend detection, and documentation assessment.
• Establish and govern a metric framework for population health quality, operational performance, and member outcomes.
• Translate performance findings into concrete action, including corrective plans and workflow redesign.

Requirements

• Physician or Nurse Practitioner with current unrestricted U.S. license in good standing.
• Board certification required for physicians.
• 7+ years of experience in clinical, healthcare quality, patient safety, or clinical operations.
• 3+ years of experience leading client-facing quality work, external audits, or consultant engagement.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with systems-thinking in tech-enabled care.
• Excellent communication skills for tailoring messaging to clinicians, clients, and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience in population health, virtual care, or longitudinal care models.
• Familiarity with accreditation frameworks such as URAC, NCQA, HEDIS, or MIPS.
• Experience with tools such as Looker, Tableau, or Observe.AI.
• CPHQ, CPPS, or Lean Six Sigma certification.
