What you will do

• Monitor and report the installation status of NSSS mechanical and piping activities, ensuring progress reflects verified physical completion.
• Maintain alignment between site execution and the Level 4 programme through regular engagement with Construction and QA/QC teams.
• Identify and communicate deviations from the critical path, including quantified impacts and risks to key milestones.
• Capture and record delays and disruptions in a structured manner to support planning recovery and commercial claims.
• Produce structured progress reports covering % complete, critical path status, and delay analysis.
• Interface with QA/QC to ensure reported progress is backed by passed ITP hold points.

Requirements

• Experience in project controls, planning, or progress reporting on large-scale construction or infrastructure projects.
• Exposure to piping/mechanical installation works, including welding and NDT processes.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel at an intermediate to advanced level for data handling and reporting.
• Ability to interpret and work with Level 3, 4, and 5 project programmes.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Bridgwater, UK.

Nice to have

• Experience in nuclear, oil & gas, or other highly regulated sectors.
• Proficiency in Primavera P6.
• Degree or HNC/HND in Engineering (Mechanical preferred), Project Management, or Construction.
• APM or Oracle Primavera P6 certification.
• Knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and nuclear quality standards (ISO 9001).
