What you will do

• Analyze contract requirements and technical specifications to create competitive service and systems solutions.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to obtain quotations and build accurate cost estimates.
• Lead internal bid reviews and approval processes following commercial governance and company procedures.
• Prepare and submit high-quality tender documentation aligned with company and client standards.
• Support commercial negotiations with clients through to contract award to drive business growth.

Requirements

• Experience in tendering, estimating, or bid management within engineering, energy, utilities, or related industrial sectors.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple tenders and deadlines simultaneously.
• Proven negotiation and influencing skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams.
• Analytical proficiency in preparing cost estimates, analyzing commercial data, and monitoring performance metrics.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
