What you will do

• Coordinate day-to-day project activities and act as the primary communication link between senior management and technicians.
• Develop and track work plans, timelines, and schedules to ensure project tasks are delivered on time and within scope.
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation to support compliance and audit requirements.
• Support resource coordination, including equipment, materials, and workforce management.
• Monitor operational risks and assist with budget tracking and cost optimization initiatives.
• Support tender preparation by providing operational input and maintaining relationships with suppliers and clients.

Requirements

• Previous experience in project coordination or administration, ideally within maritime, energy, or engineering industries.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple deadlines.
• Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills across all levels.
• Must be based in or able to work on-site in Immingham, UK.
