Salary: $92,700 - $113,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead project tasks using mixed-methods (quantitative and qualitative) study designs.
• Supervise data collection and management, including experimental and descriptive studies.
• Conduct quantitative analysis and author technical reports, briefs, and project deliverables.
• Manage project tasks, supervise junior staff, and communicate with clients and senior management.
• Support business development through proposal writing and client relationship management.
• Disseminate findings via journal manuscripts, data dashboards, and infographics.

Requirements

• Ph.D. in Higher Education, Economics, Psychology, Sociology, Statistics, Public Policy or related field, or a Master’s degree with 4-7 years of relevant experience.
• Must be currently authorized to work in the U.S. on a full-time basis (no visa sponsorship available).
• Expertise in disability research, vocational rehabilitation systems, and independent living supports.
• Proficiency in mixed-methods data collection (interviews, surveys) and analysis.
• Experience with data software such as SPSS, Excel, STATA, R, NVivo, or Airtable.
• Experience co-authoring systematic or scoping reviews using written protocols.
