What you will do

• Manage the full payroll cycle for assigned countries, including input validation and output processing.
• Address payroll-related queries from employees and business partners.
• Maintain strong relationships with external payroll providers.
• Ensure timely and accurate payment of salaries, social security, and taxes.
• Coordinate with the Finance Department regarding payroll bookings.
• Safeguard payroll procedures and assist with audit requests.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in international payroll.
• Excellent English language skills.
• Solid proficiency in Excel.
• Strong attention to detail and integrity when handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple payrolls with varying deadlines.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of French or German payroll processes.
• Fluency in French.
