What you will do
- Coordinate and continuously improve ’s ethics and compliance programs aligned with established DOJ evaluation practices and the OFAC Compliance Framework.
- Manage regulatory change management for global technology and information services business lines, assessing regulatory impact and coordinating implementation across Legal, Regulatory, and Risk.
- Integrate compliance into company risk management frameworks and serve as primary legal advisor to Risk Management on its initiatives.
- Represent compliance on company-wide initiatives and working groups, leading legal-related workstreams and providing legal analysis and support.
- Advise Ethics and Global Compliance operational teams; maintain the Code of Ethics and support policy updates and training.
- Partner with the Chief Compliance Officer on the location-based Ethics and Compliance Representative Program; develop performance measures for executive committees and the board; lead acquisition diligence and integration workstreams and support incident response as needed.
Requirements
- JD from an accredited US law school and admission to practice law in at least one US state or the District of Columbia.
- At least 8 years of attorney experience across multiple subject areas, including experience with compliance program structuring and areas such as technology regulation (other than privacy), sanctions/export control, anti-corruption, corporate ethics, and/or incident response/crisis management.
- Experience managing complex, longer-term change management projects with multiple stakeholders.
- Ability to communicate complex content effectively to an executive audience.
- Collaborative cross-functional working style to achieve outcomes.
- Experience leveraging AI, automation, and other technology tools to accelerate analysis, decision-making, and reporting.
