What you will do

• Architect the end-to-end agent platform, including orchestration runtime and the integration layer to WMS/TMS/ERP systems.
• Define core technical strategy for model selection, retrieval, memory architecture, and tool surfaces.
• Conduct field research with customers and operators to translate operational needs into durable product patterns.
• Establish evaluation as an engineering discipline through datasets, graders, and regression suites.
• Hire and mentor engineers while setting the technical standard for quality and reliability.
• Partner with the CTO and leadership on the multi-year platform roadmap.

Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on production experience with LLM- or agent-based systems.
• Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript/Node.js.
• Experience designing distributed systems, APIs, and data models using PostgreSQL and modern messaging (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Proven track record of leading 0-to-1 builds in early-stage environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication for running customer workshops and writing design docs.
